In this case, it's almost sure that it's not the Lotus API the one with the problem. Can there be any other app on the same computer eating the memory/cpu?
Did you try to turn the computer off and on in a moment when it's slow? Any speed improvement if you do it?

>I tried the CLEAR DLLS command and redeclaring the DLL's, but it did not make any difference. I am really at a lost on what it could be. Do you have any other ideas?
