I really didn't think that the VFP timer would be anywhere near acurate enough but it is, it really does trigger every 1ms, brilliant.

Unfortunately, I don't think the VFP timer object will run without a user interface :( The idea is to run this application as either a service or as a non-visual out-of-process COM.
