Hi Michel,

The next time there is a problem like yesterday's could you please do the following to help your users:

1) As soon as you are aware of the problem, make note of it on the "Main page". By "Main page" I mean a page that everyone will see regardless fo default forum or whatever.

2) As soon as you have a fix in place, advise in the same place:
a) that it is fixed;
2) what the user might have to do to 'cure' the problem (i.e. clear internet temporary files)

The reason that I say this is because there was NO WAY for me to let you know of the problem, and I'm sure others are in the same boat.
