I think we should be aiming for more atomic components.

Arbitrarily grouping stuff in classlibs is no better than having them all separate, especially when multiple developers start stepping on each others' toes. The point is to ensure the correct stuff gets built into an exe, not that stuff is in one's opinion of the correct classlib.
