Ok, I asked this question about a year ago, and got some good responses, but I thought I would try again.

Does anyone have any practical experience w/ different obfuscators available for .NET? I've tested Demeanor, Salamander, and Dotfuscator and I've been using the Community edition of the Dotfuscator for about a year.

We are ready to purchase an enterprise solution for Obfuscation, and I'm looking at these different obfuscators along with a few others. Some of the features that I really need, and that some of the trial editions don't let you test or look at are:

- Integration into VS.NET
- Ability to integrate and automate into a build process.

Has anyone on here used any for production environments ? I mean, someone must have written and release .NET software now, and had to go through these things so far?

I've looked at the Dotfuscator the problem, is with our use of Reflection we need to exclude certain methods, and I haven't been able to automate it into the build process.

We are also looking for a commerical installer for .NET as well, the built in Install packages available w/ VS.NET are very limited, and we need something more flexible. So if anyone has any practical Obfuscation experience or has sampled other installation tools then the built in VS.NET installers, I would love to hear about your experience and what was worked or not work for you.
