I don't know officially but I can give you a hint. I have here on my desk a flyer for VFP DevCon 2004 September 29 - October 3. On the cover it says "Be There for the Official Launch of Visual FoxPro 9.0".

So, I would guess the planed RTM date is some time around Sept 29th, or perhaps slightly before.
