if its IN a chip, and you have a chip reader program -
then you can absolutely capture the bin file from the chip reader program,
then process the bin file in VFP.

Depending on the chip reader program, you may be able to encapsulate it via dll wrapping, active-x instantiation, or something else.

IT DEPENDS, really, on the capabilities of your chip reading or burning program .
