Just a thought. Having a background in electronics engineering I always like to look for simple answers. How about someone who has this problem with the UT and is using Symantec anti virus software go to site like:

http://fox.wikis.com/wc.dll?Wiki~

Could the wc.dll be a reason for the problem that is being experienced? In the quest for anti virus and firewall software companies to “protect us”, it seems that all too often problems that are not desired occur. :)
