Web browser flaw prompts warning

Yesterday I got Symantec Antivirus' message about Trojan inside JPG file while reading UT. The infected file was in Temporary Internet Files folder. I was not able to delete it immediately, only after reboot, that confirms it was linked with an active process.

I think someone already posted similar info recently?
