That's a pretty general question. Can you throw out a few specifics? ;)

There is the C# Language specification, written by Scott Wiltamuth and Anders Hejlsberg. You should be able to find it somewhere on MSDN. I'm sure there are other white papers on MSDN as well.

Also, if you go the following (MSDN C# language reference)...

...and navigate around, you're bound to find some good content.

That should get you started (I'm sure others will have suggestions as well).
