Look at the Form’s Parent Class Property. I’m 99% sure that you will see that is points to a VCX based form. That form has the label on it. One can not remove a label that belongs not to the form one is working with but belongs to the parent class.
This has to do with Design time composition and subclassing. The original designer of the parent form made a design decision that all forms that would be based on this form will need this label.
There are many ‘solutions’ but before I offer any is this what is happening and do you understand why?
