Just one addendum to Marcia's suggestion about Excel spreadsheets as a datasource - exporting to Excel ignores memo fields. Maybe no big deal for you, but surprising if you are depending in a memo field for part of an address. (of course you can use mline in a SQL Select statement to parse the memo field up and feed that to Excel)
