You asked for a better price. You compared prices to an Iran webhost who can host the whole site for much less than what we did. We have some iranian customers here.

Let's be fair. We run a large operation, and we listen to customers, and demands.

The #1 complaint is spam and viruses in mailbox. We listened, and enabled anti-spam and anti-virus on the mail server cluster. Check around for prices for a server-based mail-server solution for both anti-virus and anti-spam, for around 1,000 users and you get some idea about the costs involved.

Since then, none of our customers complained about spamming and viruses cluttering up their mail-boxes.

Next, we listen about quality of service and minizime down-time as much as possible. This means that we monitor our servers daily, check bandwidth allocations, check memory consumption for ISAPI applications, check CPU usages frequently.

Since then, our customers have very few interruptions, get a fast site, quality service, and prompt response to problems.

Next, we have security on our servers. If I recall, many Iranian websites went down when there was blaster, code-red and whatever. We know this first hand, because the Iranians told us this.

Next, we are developer to developer. We understand Delphi, VB, ASP, ASP.NET, CSharp, and other languages. If you have a serious problem you can't solve in regard to our servers, please let us know.
