*THAT* set is the odbc file collection for mysql and not any real Win Client 'Application'
There are a few front ends - but if you are wanting to do stuff with php, then suggest you look at a good WAMP distro at
http://www.foxserv.net I'm a big fan of mySqlFront , but there are others that are just as popular.

http://www.mysqlfront.de/ for more info] - no php required. THe older version had a GUI resembling the MS EM v6.5 .
I'll use mySqlFront to set up things, load bulk sets, test out sql scripting, etc etc. One of the nicer things is that I can take a sql script and have the pgm generate the php script needed.
