Dear Experts

I am using VFP6 at windows98 platform. One of my softwares has been running for the the last five years. It was working properly but tomorrow I found an error, the detail is as under

Called from - Form1.timer1 line0 {C:\Windows\system\vfp6r.dll}
Called from - Form1.timer1 line0 {C:\Windows\system\vfp6r.dll}
Called from - scale line0 {C:\Windows\system\vfp6r.dll}

After that messages the application hangs.

I took following steps to get rid of it

1- Delete resource files, foxuser.dbf and foxuser.fpt
2- Pack/Reindex all dbf's so that to remove empty records, if any.
3- Delet project files, scale.pjx and scale.pjt.
4- Un-install WINDOWS98 and install it again.
5- Install VFP6 and made project files again.
6- Add all files into project and made scale.exe.

When I ran my exe the situation is same the fatel error appers again.

What is wrong?

Please help me in this sad situation.
