I just re-read it for clarification. Does the UT serve as tech support and outreach? Inarguably. Does Michel contribute more than he receives in the way of user support? Inarguably. Some people, I assume, have gotten their MVPs through posts to this board...doesn't it make sense that the sysop and founder of get one?
