We might add that Eastern Standard Time is 5 hours behind GMT, so EDT would be 4 hours behind GMT. Am I right in thinking that the English also set their clocks ahead in Spring? If so, we're 5 hours behind you always, except maybe around the time when the clocks are moved, since you might pick a different weekend.
