You seem to garner some support from other folks in PA and that seems to egg you on. They are NOT doing you any favour (or at least they are doubtless becoming embarrassed to have supported your now well demonstrated childness).

No, I think getting getting on here and referring to people as 'punks' or these pseudo-clever plays on nicknames/words is embarrassing.

As a 'journeyman developer', I get to meet developers and I.S. people across the country. JVP has MANY fans out there.

But that doesn't 'egg' him on - he'd be the same, regardless of the # of supporters. If I were building a team, no matter what the application and technology, he'd probably be the first guy I'd pick. The guy's got brains that transcend any one implementation or any one technology.
