Thanks to all who've replied to this message already, but I just thought I'd post it again in case I get any fresh input on it.

I've recently written a procedure which ejects me from my VFP 8.0 application after a set period of idle time, and have just about gotten it working on every screen in the app. However, when I attempt to leave while displaying a report, a message stating "Procedure Cancelled" appears before exiting the system. Its extremely frustrating as I just can't prevent it from showing. Its not an error message, as I've checked the help file and microsoft website, but more of a friendly reminder ... Which is not welcome !!! I do suspect that the 'clear events' command in my exit routine is causing this, but has anyone any ideas how to get rid of it or hide it or something??
