At some point he (John Meyer) says:

"Stop using first-generation (tier-two fat client) rich client technologies for new development projects. This would include technologies like Delphi, VB, FoxPro, PowerBuilder, etc."

I can understand Delphi, PowerBuilder and etc (they are competition), VB, they have VP.net, but FoxPro? (Well he didn't say Access, C++...)

All that made me remember How Microsoft Lost the API War...
