I've been wondering about this for a while. I have some clients that will type all uppercase, then others that prefer to designate case. Sometimes we have a mix in the same tables. What happens is that when a client searches for 'ABC COMPANY', then 'ABC Company' is not found. What is the best way to handle this, and still maintain rushmore technology?
