I don't think that having to set those in code is really a big deal and not being able to see it visually is equally not a big deal, simply because the "look" of a simple control is not gonna change all that much, is it? I see what you mean... I'm just saying that I had an experience where the lack of that support was annoying, and since there's visual support for other stuff, I figure it shouldn't be so hard for MS to put visual support for basic controls as well.

but that's just my 0.02. :)
