John says no, the fallacy is in appealing to an authority.

Mike backs up his assertion by appealing to a webpage as an authority.

John defends his misunderstanding of appeal to an authority by attacking Mike's valid appeal to an authority.

If you are doing this on purpose, congratulations, I haven't seen anything this subtley clever in a while.
