That will make the calendar appears in the HTML. What I would like to do is to have a button on a HTML form which will call a modal form so the user can select the date.

It's true, I can have a HTML form having a button to load another HTML page with the mentioned technique so the user can select a date. However, this page won't be modal. I also need to be able to return the value to the first page.

This is why I was focusing on using CreateObject() and have the Calendar control over the browser.
