Non va bene quello che avevo già scritto?
Per ogni textbox della grid inserisci (nell'evento keypress):

IF nkeycode = 9
thisform.thetextbox.SetFocus
NODEFAULT
ELSE
DODEFAULT()
ENDIF

Altrimenti non ho capito cosa intendi....
