I agree that is the only way that I know of also. Unfortunately, that would not give me the most recent copy of the data while the FPD program is running. I am sure that I am not the only person who has run into this problem.

But, you did give me an idea. If I had an .EXE that did the equivalent of COPY TO...TYPE FOX2X, it could be called from an FPD program and would at least allow me to read a current copy of the data.

Does anybody know of a standalone executable that is capable of creating a FOX2X file from a VFP table?
