Your suggestion is a good idea and i try it out only to find that Requery() supports remote view only not on native dbf which i use....

Would it help if you set the NoDataOnLoad property of the cursor, in the DE, to .F., then issue a REQUERY() on the cursor when YOU want it to be refreshed, e.g. after your initial query and when the user has hit OK to the changes?

There is also the ... NODATA clause of the USE verb.

Any help?
