How to report possible Issues?

I think I have found a bug in the MM 7.0 framework ( or actually in one of the utilitie programs FindClass ) What is the best way to report it and in this case offer a solution?

Should I contact Kevin via his website?

One issue is of course that this is version 7.0 not the most updated version, but perhaps the issue is also in 8.0
