Create a form
Drop a TextBox
In the textbox, set Alignment to Right and Right-to-Left to True
Run the form

Observed:
When i edit in the textbox, the text flows from right to left.
I run this in VFP versions 6 SP4, 7 SP1, 8 SP1, 9 beta.
I also tested in Win98 Hebrew Enabled, Win2000 Hebrew Enabled, WinXP with Hebrew as default language and Arabic as default language.
