Is their any simple way to print all the posts in a thread (the ones that are shown by the Map button)?

I just cut and pasted all of the posts from one thread into my editor so I could print them together. Is there a better way?

Of course my approach has one big advantage. I skipped all the quoted material which reduced the volume by about 90% ! <bg>
