Since you are behind routers, it appears they are both using NAT and giving your PC's private (unrouteable) IP addresses. You have to somehow create a virtual path between them. I mentioned two methods, neither trivial. In my case, we use high end business class routers and the capability to create this 'tunnel' is built in. Just configuration is needed to establish the link. I don't know the capabilities of your routers...
