You are right; if I impersonate MSIE 6.0, the Copy button appears, but doesn't work.
I think the impersonation option might even be the default setting, although I don't remember for sure.
The option to impersonate IE is Tools | Preferences, Network, Browser identification. Or the shortcut: Tools | Quick Preferences, Identify as... (several menu options).
