1. Did you register your server DLL in COM+ on the XP machine?
2. Is your Win98 machine logged in to the network and authenticated by a domain or the WinXP Machine.
3. The server DLL is build with VFP7. SP1 ?
4. Are you using any code to manage COM+ (SetComplete(), SetAbort(), etc...) in the server DLL?
5. What is in the Init() method of the Server DLL?
