I am not sure if I posted this message in the correct category but here it goes :

One of the domain users complained that he is no longer able to print from the Internet Explorer (v.6.0) in a landscape orientation.
Using his workstation I was able to change the page setup to LANDSCAPE then print preview the page ..so far everything looks beautiful.

As soon as I clicked on Print (either from print preview or from the File menu) I can see that as the page is being sent to the printer, the page layout is changing back to PORTRAIT and that ends up to be what comes out of the printer.

I checked the domain users printer rights. Everone is set up with full rights to manage printers.

On the same workstation when I logged in as an administrator the problem does not occur. I can successfuly change the page design and print the web page containts in landscape orientation.

Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.
