You know about Iran and USA and I think that will be some politics!
I am sorry but I want to work, understand, etc ...

go to:
Control panel/Regional and language otions
change your own to Farsi/ and your locatin to IRAN
in advanced TAB set to Farsi in non-Unicode
and test it again
