I don't know about printScreen, but if you use a screen capturing program the only thing you don't get from the icons is the transparency, and one you can tweak this one with Photoshop. So, as long as you are using 16 bit depth colors (or more), you will get good quality icons. As for the copyright, I'm afraid is not legal to copy icons this way, but I'm not an expert.
