it has to do with your internal DNS, probably; most likely a conflict between the internal domain name being the same as the redirected domain externally. At least I have the same situation here, for a redirected domain. <s> The machine that can reach it probably is misconfigured to use the external dns, rather than the internal one. Just guesses, but I've seen the same thing happen.
