Don't take it seriously - you're young - and - in time - most likely - you'll do great things.

I don't know what you consider 'young', and how that's even relevant. I've been in this business since 1988, and by 1990 received 2 awards from the US Dept. of Agriculture. I've also traveled coast-to-coast as a trainer, conducting sessions on vertical market applications.

I can go on, but suffice it to say I've already done things that were formally recognized as 'great'.
