In a word - no...It is a blatent trademark infringement - a case that MS could easily conclude with a simple cease and desist letter.

It does make you wonder though - why MS:

A - never registred the domain and ;
B - never enforced its rights assocated with the trademark.

FWIW, I believe I reported this one a while back - along with a bunch of other violations. The FoxHead logo, the name, it is a trademark that is infringed upon a lot.

IMO, if MS does not enforce its rights, it has to make you wonder about a few things. For sure, if somebody has VisualStudio.NET or the like, MS would be all over the infringers.
