I checked that after viewing some previous threads, also tried including classes.dbf in the dbc as well as putting a copy in the root and data folders of the app still no luck. If it's any help, when I step through the code it doesn't even begn instantiation of the object. It goes straight to the error handler. I'm assuming that if it was the classes.dbf it would at least step through instantiation until it couldn't find the classes.dbf. Thanks for the reply. Any other suggestions?

I know that MM sets classlibs using the metadata table. The paths that are in the metadata table do not exist in the distribution copy. In addition I thought the classes get compiled into the .exe. Has anyone experienced this problem? Any suggestions?
