Thought I had fixed this...
From services control panel, attempt to start the ASP.NET state service. I get the following error:
Could not start the ASP.NET State Service service on Local Computer.
Error 2147952506: The requested service provider could not be loaded or initialized.
Windows 2000 sp4.
.NET 1.1
I have tried unistalling/reinstalling the .NET versions to no avail
