Yes it is! After spending most of my career building complicated apps for a fee or equity (and being tied to the clock supporting them), I was quite surprised when Ed spoke. I don't want to tell what he makes - but it's a solid 6 figure mulitple - and, he said others are making millions. I was astonished. I found a niche requirement for a low-end "house keeping" app in February (total market 60,000 users). Marketing research revealed that users would not object at all to paying 150 - 200 annual licensing - and that 3% of the market would jump on the product as soon as they heard about it. I am a few weeks away from beta. After this project - I have another market I am going to look into.
