Anyone ever seen this?

I am using a shortcut that points to a directory with a config in it (VFP8, BTW).

In fact, it's a Web Connect config. It has a TITLE= command, followed by a string of ordinary config commands (i.e. EXCLUSIVE=OFF, DELETED=ON, CENTURY=ON, etc.). On every line after launch, I get a 'Syntax Error' message on the title bar. If I step through I get errors on every line, like:

For example on the EXCLUSIVE line, it'll say "Variable 'OFF' not found".

FWIW, this EXACT config.fpw works in three different versions on the same server just fine! What's with this one? Anybody have the foggiest?
