Thanx, I always do an exhaustive search of online resouces before I resort to posting here. It looks to me like setdatasource using an ADO record set may be the only way to accomplish this. I can't get support since I'm using a demo of CR10. The problem with ADO that I can see is that it renames the tables to table0, table1 etc
