I guess, I am confused about the new "Bit Values (additive)" column.

I was expecting a new table showing the additional functionality of
SET('TABLEVALIDATE')= nLevel for nLevel = 0,1,2,3,4,5,6,7

How does this second column numbers of 1,2,4 and 8 determine the new values of nLevel and what do these new numbers do ?
