Glad to have been able to help. In all honesty your method looks much more efficient... The GetType method I used was simply a product of "had to get something done in a hurry and that was the best method I could figure out at the time"... lol... By doing the native compare you have less variable usage and less processing work. I would consider your version much better. Rest assured I'll now be using that rather than GetType. I appreciate the info very much.
