Yes, OE is installed on the server. We have been using this from the server for a year.

OE is not installed on the workstation. It is there as it came with Win XP Pro. I just have not gone thru the setup. Perhaps I need to do so? The workstations really do not have any email capabilities nor did I want them to. Because the EXE is running on the server, I was hoping to avoid that. Does that help?
