You are saying I need to tell the workstation that is running the EXE (on the server), the name of the SMTP server that my server uses for email?

Assuming I am understanding so far, I see in the code you offered, the only place the constant smtpserver is used is some lines that seem to go to the internet for something. These workstations ar not attached to the internet. Yes, they are attached to the server (via wireless network) and the server is attached to the internet but I am unsure of everything else.
