I don't know if you have seen the various posts I've made over the last couple of weeks but I am also trying to resolve this for VF5. I've been told to use an ActiveX control but I'm unable to save data into a table without it reverting to "???". I'm also unkeen to make my customers set the "Language for Non-Unicode Programs" as this appears to change a number of system settings so that their machines default font is changed?

Any help would be appreciated.
