I have been using it for awile. It is not an application framework though. It is an out of the box app that you can write custom modules for. It is nice because there is a lot of functionality already there and you do get all the source code so you have the opportunity to learn how things are done in asp.net as well as change the source code if you really wanted 2. For something that is free it is great
